00:18 User      : take a look at web site.

00:28 me         : View older news articles of the site.

00:37 User      : Scroll the page to bottom and search for older news articles. (user seems                                           confused and get excited).

01:18 me         : OK OK. It seems its difficult you to find that.

01:19 User      : Yeah.

01:22 me         : OK then. Can you view full description of a news post?

01:36 User      : Scroll to the top of the page and search some time. Finally says “I can’t” because she is unable to find it.

01:59 me         : Hmm. There is a place to chat with people in this site. Can you find it?

02:11 User      : Watch right hand side and left hand side of the page. Then scroll to the bottom. After that because she is unable to find it says “I can’t”.

02:55 me         : Ok. Can you find current Date and Time?

03:09 User      : Scroll to the top of the site. But not find it. (Feeling embarrassed)

03:36 User      : Look at web page some time and didn't find it.

03:57 me                     : There is a page with advertisements and there is a link to go to that page.  Can you navigate to that page?

04:36 User      : Yeah. I can’t find it.

04:46 me         : Find a date of a news post.

04:58 User      : “Now I’m watching left hand side”. Seek the web page some time. But not found it.

05:23 me         : Can you save a news post?

05:25 User      : Scroll to the top of the web page (feeling curious). And say I can’t.

05:35 me         : Can you find number of views of an article?

05:47 User      : “Can’t find”.

06:06 me         : Can you find the author of a post?

06:28 User      : Going to click on a link. Finally omit the effort saying I can’t.

06:46 me         : OK then. Thank you for support.
